- Grade 12
- NQF 5 Higher Certificate in related field (QA, Contact Centre Operations)
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years in related field of quality assurance.
- Africa Experience and exposure an advantage
- Portuguese speaking
- Must be bilingual English and Portuguese
