Solving problems of misbehaving files I your phone

 When renaming a file in your system/phone, then the file turns out to become unusual or it can no longer be opened; the following steps below can help

• if the file was a video, you'll see that all other videos have names like VID_2023_3245677562.mp4 the file can be corrupted by deleting the .mp4 at the end of the file's name. So while renaming, always add the .mp4 to make the file normal. NOTE: the suffixes .mp4, .3gp, .amr are video's file inscriptions
• If the file was an audio, the suffixes .mp3, can be used while renaming the file.
• if the file was a photo, the suffixes; .jpg, .png, etc. should be attached at the end while renaming them.
